aurigen groupAurigen Capital Limited was established in 2006 under the laws of Bermuda as an insurance holding company. It owns all of the share capital of Aurigen Reinsurance Limited, a Bermuda life and health reinsurance company, and all of the share capital of Aurigen Europe Holdings B.V., formed under the laws of the Netherlands, which in turn owns all of the share capital of Aurigen Reinsurance Company, a Canadian corporation which has made application to Canadian regulators for licenses to transact life and health reinsurance in Canada.
