Sherry Duffy is Vice President, Human Resources of Aurigen Reinsurance Company.

Ms. Duffy was previously with RBC Insurance, where she began in 1992 as the Director of Human Resources. She continued in this position until 1998 when she assumed the role of Vice President, Human Resources with responsibility for all aspects of the Human Resources function supporting the life, property & casualty, travel insurance and reinsurance operating entities in both Canada and the U.S. During her tenure with RBC Insurance, the organization progressed through a period of exponential growth through merger and acquisition.

Prior to this she held management level human resources positions at Voyageur Travel Insurance and The Citadel Assurance. She has over 20 years of professional experience with specific expertise in mergers, acquisitions and integrations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Ms. Duffy is Chair of the Board of Directors of Elizabeth Fry Society of Peel-Halton, a non-profit agency supporting women and youth who are in conflict with the law.
